Help me build a simple training outline to bring someone up to speed.

What I'm training them on: [THE SKILL, TOOL, TASK, OR PROCESS]
Who I'm training: [NEW HIRE / TEAMMATE / ASSISTANT / VOLUNTEER — AND THEIR STARTING LEVEL]
What they should be able to do at the end: [THE REAL OUTCOME]
How they learn best: [WATCH ME DO IT / TRY IT THEMSELVES / A WRITTEN GUIDE / A MIX]
How much time we have: [E.G., "ONE 30-MIN SESSION" OR "A BIT EACH DAY THIS WEEK"]
What they'll actually use this for: [THE REAL WORK IT SUPPORTS]

Give me:
1. A one-line goal for the training — what they'll be able to do, and how we'll know
2. The key things to cover, broken into a sensible order (simplest and most-used first)
3. For each part: a quick way to teach it plus a small hands-on practice task
4. The common mistakes or sticking points to warn them about up front
5. A short "can they do it?" check at the end — a real task, not a written quiz, that shows they've got it
6. What to leave for a later session so we don't overload the first one

Keep it practical and friendly, not a corporate curriculum. Base the outline on what I told you — if a step seems to be missing, tell me instead of inventing details. If any part of this is risky to get wrong (money, safety, legal, or handling private data), flag where they should be supervised or have their work checked before doing it on their own.

Example scenario

A shop owner teaching a new assistant how to process online orders could use this to outline a short, hands-on session with a real end-of-session check.
