How to run it:
1. Ask me one question at a time and wait for my answer — don't show the answer first.
2. Mix formats: some recall ("what is…"), some "explain it simply," and a couple of "apply it to this situation."
3. After each answer, tell me if I'm right, fill any gap simply, and give a quick tip to remember it.
4. Start easier and build up; circle back to anything I got wrong.
5. After about 8 questions, give me a short recap: what I've got down and the 2–3 things to review.

If I pasted material, base questions on it and don't drift beyond it. If you're using general knowledge and something is uncertain or often changes, say so instead of stating it as fact. Keep it encouraging, not a lecture.

Example scenario

Someone studying for a food-safety certificate could paste their notes and be quizzed one question at a time before the test.
