Help me build an agenda for a meeting.

The meeting is about: [THE TOPIC OR REASON]
Who's attending: [ROLES OR NAMES]
How long it should be: [15 / 30 / 60 MIN]
What has to be decided or done by the end: [THE REAL OUTCOME]
Anything that must be covered: [SPECIFIC ITEMS]

Build:
1. A clear one-line purpose for the meeting
2. A timed agenda that fits the length, with the most important item first
3. For each item: what it's for (decide / discuss / update) so no one rambles
4. What people should prepare or bring beforehand
5. A short closing step to capture decisions and who does what next

Keep it tight — protect the time. If the goals don't realistically fit the length, tell me what to cut or move to async instead. Give me a version I can paste into a calendar invite.

Example scenario

A team lead could use this to turn a vague "let's sync" into a 30-minute agenda with a clear decision at the end.
