2. What they seem to do well
3. Gaps or weak spots a customer might feel
4. What they're NOT saying that I could own
5. Three specific ways I could position myself differently — without copying them

Base this only on what I pasted. Where you're inferring, label it as a guess I should verify — and keep those inferred weaknesses for my own strategy, not as facts to repeat publicly about them.
